The final tab you need to complete is the Confirm Delivery tab. This is where you send your campaign or schedule a future launch date.
The Confirm Delivery screen will show a breakdown of your campaign; the schedule, the content, and the number of contacts it's going to be sent to. Little green ticks appear on the right of each section to show you're ready to go. If there are any issues in the campaign setup, this will be highlighted in red for the relevant section. You will need to fix any errors before you will be able to send the campaign.
We strongly recommend you thoroughly to test all SMS campaigns before sending them.
How to send an SMS campaign immediately:
- Click on the Confirm delivery tab
- Select 'Now'
- Tick the box for "I approve this SMS campaign to be sent"
- Click the blue 'Send this email campaign' button
How to schedule an SMS campaign to send later:
- Click on the Confirm delivery tab
- Select 'Later'
- Select the date and time you would like to send from the drop down menus
- Tick the box for "I approve this SMS campaign to be sent"
- Click the blue 'Send this SMS campaign' button
How to send an SMS campaign:
The screen will give you a breakdown of your campaign – the schedule, the content, and the number of contacts it's going to be sent to. Little green ticks appear on the right of each section to show you’re ready to go.
If you're happy with everything then tick the box at the bottom that says I approve this SMS campaign to be sent. Once you’ve ticked this, select Send this SMS Campaign. If there are no errors, then your campaign will be launched.
If there are any issues in the campaign setup, the corresponding section with the red mark will be highlighted. Click on the edit pencil icon to navigate to the corresponding tab and correct it.
