After completing the Details tab, Content and design and Integration you now need to attach your Contact List or Segments you want to send your campaign to.
You can select from one of your existing Contact Lists or Segments or you can create a new Segment.
How to create a new Segment in Campaign Contacts:
- Click the Segment button
- Select and enter your criteria for the segment you'd like to create. Criteria can be defined by a field within the database, a list or a segment already within the database, a measure of an interaction – or even a combination of all three of these!
- Once you've defined the criteria for your segment, select Save and give your new segment a name.
- This segment will now dynamically update in your campaign, picking up all the contacts that meet that criteria each time.
