You must complete the details tab first before you can create the Automation flow. The automation flow is where you set up the specific triggers, conditions and rules to define the customer journey.
How to create a workflow condition:
- Select Automation in the top menu
- Click Automation button
- You must complete the Details tab before being able to continue
- Select Automation flow tab
- Click the Start icon in the flow, this will bring up a menu to select the trigger from initial email, form or click.
From there you can continue to set conditions to direct the customer through the workflow journey.
Tip: If you wish to edit a particular action block, then just click on the action box in question to open the editing capabilities.
Tip: Make sure you save periodically whilst creating your automation to make sure you do not lose information. You will receive an error message and a red exclamation mark next to condition errors, all errors must be corrected before being able to save.
