Incremental Contact: Shows the numbers and detail of contacts who have been added or modified during the selected time period and through which source this occurred (ie Form, User – manually changed, file import).
List Growth: Displays the details about the growth related to both subscribed and unsubscribed for the selected list within the date range. A line through the subscribers will show the growth curve. Select the individual list you would like to view from the drop down menu at the top left of the report.
Subscriber Growth: This shows numbers by month of contacts who have subscribed or unsubscribed from your database irrespective of lists. So this is the Subscribe status against a contacts record.
Form Entry: Select form from the drop down menu at top left of report to show the details of each individual contact that has completed the form, along with the form fields and details that were entered.
Automation Activity: A report which gives all the activity details(Such as: email open, email click, email sent, email subscribed, sms reply, sms sent/delivered, sms unsubscribed) about Automation email and Automation SMS. It also has specific date range filter and channel filters like email and SMS. By default, All the records will be displayed.
Lead Scoring: A report which displays the action weightage of all the leads across TractionNext platform. There are predefined weights for several actions such as Email Open, Email Open First Time, Link Clicked, Link Clicked First Time, Form Submitted, Custom Interaction, Subscribed, Unsubscribed. The target user actions are captured on one’s campaign and displayed here. A current state and historical record view of lead scoring which can be filtered by the following fields:
- Lead score field name
- Lead score status – points
- Lead score status – threshold
** Contact List and Segment – these two filter are mutually exclusive, only one filter can be set in any time, not both.
Note: A funnel report is always shows all contacts. The filters does not work on funnel report.
