1. What does the metric “Contacts” mean in the Dashboard?
- Displays the total number of contacts in the account including Active and Subscribers
2. What does the metric “Active” mean in the Dashboard?
- The number of contacts who have interacted in the last 30 days. Ex: the customer has opened an email.
3. What does the metric “Subscribers’ mean in the Dashboard?
- The total number of contacts who have their Subscribed status as "True".
4. What does the metric “Average Open Rate’ mean in the Dashboard?
- It is the average total open rate % of all the campaigns sent in the last 30 days.
5. What does the metric “Average Click Rate’ mean in the Dashboard?
- It is the average total click rate % of all the campaigns sent in the last 30 days. A click means the customer has actually clicked and interacted with the email.
6. What does “key statistics’ mean in the Dashboard?
- Key Statistics: It is related to the last email sent
- Delivered: It is the % of emails sent out of our system, not spam or quarantined
- Open Rate: It is the % of emails previewed in the latest campaign
- Click Rate: It is the % of emails clicked to open in the latest campaign
- Bounced: It is the % of emails not delivered to the inbox, this includes, soft & hard.
- Unsubscribes: It is the % of unique contacts who have clicked unsubscribe from the latest campaign
- View full report: This shows all the data collected for the last email sent; Send details, overview, reading environment, top links clicked, 24hour activity and device summary
