1. What are Reports?
- All your email campaign data is stored here, available in easy to read visual format where appropriate. Data can also be exported to CSV file by clicking the blue 'Download full report' link at the top of the page.
2. What is Custom reporting?
- It is set up by a TractionNext developer if you require a report outside the standard reports available. Once created your custom reports will appear Under Reports - Scheduler – on demand reports.
3. What is a Form Entry report?
- It provides the details of each individual contact that has completed the form, along with the form fields and details that were entered.
4. What is the purpose of Incremental Contact report?
- This report provides the numbers and detail of contacts who have been added or modified during the selected time period and through which source this occurred (ie Form, User – manually changed, file import).
5. How to find Email Reports?
- Click on the 'Reports' button in the top menu.
- Click on Email in the left menu
- Select from the available standard reports listed in the left menu
6. What is the use of Performance by campaign report?
- It allows you to determine the quality of the email campaign performance based on open and click rates performance, bounce, unsubscribes, etc
7. What is Unsubscribe Report?
- This report shows the number of unsubscribed interactions for each customer associated with the list selected. Select the list you want to view from the 'Contact list' drop down menu at the top of the window and select date range.
8. How to find SMS Reports?
- Click on the 'Reports' button in the top menu.
- Click on SMS in the left menu
- Select from the available standard reports listed in the left menu
9. How to schedule a report for download to FTP & Email alert to recipient?
- Select Reports from the top menu
- Click Scheduler in the left menu
- Click green Create button
- Complete the details tab with the relevant details and click the Status button to make Active
- Complete the export settings tab – select System Reports (standard) or Custom Reports
- Complete the FTP Details tab
- If you want to enable the report to send via FTP select ON for Enable FTP Option
- If you want to activate email notifications complete the final tab and enable.
- Click the blue save button
10. How to run an On Demand Report?
- Select Reports from the top menu and click scheduler in the left menu
- Click On Demand Reports and click the green 'Run A Report Now' button at the top of the window
- Create a name for the report
- Select custom or system reports & set the date range
- Click the blue 'Run Report button'
