1. Login to your TractionNext account.
2. Go to Account settings.
3. Click on Integration -> Ecommerce
4. Click on Shopify ‘Connect’ button. Following page will display…
Enter your shopify store URL, API key and Password.
Then Set the ‘Email’ as Email identifier field from dropdown box.
Map the column header to their respective field. If field does not exist then create it by clicking on respective ‘Create New Field’ link displaying on right panel/side. Once completed, click on ‘Save’ button to proceed.

Now it is connected with your shopify account. Customer count, Product count and Order count has been populated as shown in above screen.
Clicking the check box ‘Import as subscribed contact’ all the shopify contacts will be subscribed.
Clicking the check box ‘Send abandoned cart emails’ to send abandoned cart emails. This email can be configured by clicking on button ‘Abandoned cart email template’. Refer below screen…
Clicking on the button ‘shopify order by campaign’ will redirect to following screen…
Clicking on the button ‘shopify order by contacts’ will redirect to following screen…
Click on the button ‘Create Product Recommendations’ will redirect to the following screen…
Enter the name, description, no. of recommendations and select desired contact (either by contact list OR segment).
Click on ‘Generate Recommendation’ button.
It will generate the data and will display in the Ecommerce Dashboard page. Refer the below screen…
Here the red color shaded data belongs to recommended data populated by Product recommendation engine.
This data will help to send Product recommendation and promotion emails to the shopify contacts enabling the shopify vendors to get/win more customers and increase the revenue.
