Upon clicking the connect Neto ‘Integrate’ button, shop URL & API key along with email identifier field (which are mandatory) and the column mapping needs to be provided. In the column mapping section, names on the left side are supported Neto fields and the ones selected on the right side drop down are Traction Next contact fields. If the related contact field is not available then it can be created by clicking on ‘Create new field’ option. Save settings after filling in all details.
Synchronization is started with Neto store immediately to pull the data. Data will appear on the page while the structure is being setup.
After the basic setup with initial sync is complete, the count of contacts, products and the orders imported from Neto is displayed on the dashboard. This count gets updated as more data is imported. Contacts and products are imported first, followed by orders 15 minutes later. Product recommendation model is built and trained approx. 30 minutes after subscription process initiation and may take almost 10-15 minutes to complete.
A product recommendation model could not be created below. This can happen when there is not enough data in the store to train a model.
