TractionNext clients will use following form to make the request for various purposes. This form can be accessed in the platform via Contacts >>> Data Management.
Refer to the below screens which show you the form with different designs:
The first field on the Personal Request Form is ‘Request type’. It can be used for following purposes
Fields will be changed based on account types; For example, Email address, Mobile number, Alternate key, etc
Once the ‘Personal Request Form’ has been submitted, the Data Officer will receive a notification email to inform them that a request has been made.
