Data Management will be performed by Data Officers. To access Data Management:
- Navigate to Contacts menu.
- Click on Data Management
- You will find entire data management tools.
Click on ‘Data Officer’ submenu to get the following screen…
This will display the list of users who has Admin permission with an option ‘Add as Data Officer’.
When you click on Add as a data officer it will ask for confirmation, click on ‘Yes’ and it will set the respective user as data officer. See below screen:
Data Request (Unresolved)
Click on ‘Data Request (Unresolved)’ submenu to get the following screen. This will display the list of unresolved requests made through the Personal request form by a contact.
There is a ‘view’ button (Right side) for each request. The Data Officer will click on view and will be able to review the details below.
After checking all the details in the request, click on ‘Mark as Resolved’ button and the following window will display.
Enter the resolution comment in the text box and click on ‘Mark as resolved’ button.
This will be moved to Resolved status.
Data Request (Resolved)
Request which have been resolved by the Data officer will be displayed here.
Search Personal Data
To view personal data for a particular contact, click on the Search Personal Data menu and the following screen will display.
The Data Officer can search for a contact using the fields displayed.
The Data Officer will then be able to export or erase the contact’s data using the screen below
