TractionNext Campaign – Sent Report
When you send a campaign to your target audience, you always expect a good response. TractionNext Campaign Sent report offers the metrics that are helpful to analyze the engagement and success of your campaigns across time and for various user segments.
How to use this new Sent Report?
Login to the TractionNext website.
- Navigate to the Campaign module on the top menu.
- Click on the ‘Sent’ option on the left menu.
Click on the ‘Report’ button, It will display the details of the Campaign sent. Refer to the below image.
Campaign Sent report provides the following metrics:
- Sent Rate
- Delivery Rate
- Open Rate
- Click Rate
- Newly open Rate
- Bounce Rate
- Unsubscribe Rate
- Top Links
- Device Summary
- Browser Summary
- Domain Summary
- Operating System Summary
- 24 Hours Activity
Sent Rate
This is the total no. of recipients to whom the campaign has been sent. If the total no. of target users is 100 and total sent is 100 then the sent rate will be 100%.
Delivered Rate
This is the ratio of how many users have received minus bounces versus to whom the campaign has been sent. If the total no. of target users is 100 and total delivered is 60 then the delivered rate will be 60%.
Open Rate
This is the ratio of no. of recipients who open the email versus the number of emails delivered (excluding bounced). If the total no. of recipients is 100 and 20 are bounced total delivered is 80. Out of these 80, if 20 have opened the email, then the open rate is 25%. (20 emails opened from 80 delivered)
Unique open:
Click Rate and Click To Open Rate (CTOR)
This is the ratio of no. of recipient’s unique clicks versus the no. of recipients of the email.
Unique email clicks / total emails delivered
CTOR: This is ratio of the number of unique clicks versus the number of unique opens. This helps essentially to measures the effectiveness of the email’s content.
Newly opened
No. of recipients who have opened first time through this email/campaign in the account.
Bounced
It is ratio of total emails bounced versus total emails delivered. If your account has high bounce rates, it can have a negative impact on your delivery rate.
Soft bounce: This may happened when the sender’s email addresses is blocked by recipient server
Hard bounce: This may happen due to a permanent reason such as non-existing email address or email address is deactivated.
Unsubscribe
This is the ratio of no. of recipients who open the email versus the no. of recipients who click on the unsubscribe link in that email.
Top Link
This metrics provides the details about the links/URLs that are used in the campaign and no. of unique clicks on each link/url.
Device Summary
This metrics provides the details about the email opened in different devices such as Desktop, Mobile, etc.
Browser Summary
This metrics provides the details about the email opened in different browsers such as IE, Chrome, Firefox, etc.
Domain Summary
This metrics provides the details about the users whose email belongs to different domains.
Operating System Summary
This metrics provides the details about the email which is opened in different operating systems such as Windows, iOS, etc.
24 Hour Activity
This metrics provides the details about open and clicks by the recipients every hour and email sent time. Refer to the below image.
The Sent report also provides the details related to Hotspot. It gives you the data regarding which area of the email recipients have clicked most.
Navigate to the Sent report and click on ‘Hotspot’ button,
You will see the below details…
It displays the above link i.e. Clicked by users 4 times and the two links in the bottom 'Claim 25% discount' 7 times and 'unsubscribe’ link clicked one time.
