When you send a campaign to your target audience, you always expect a good response. TractionNext SMS Sent report offers the metrics that are helpful to analyze the engagement and success of your campaigns across time and for various user segments.
How to use it?
Login to the TractionNext.
- Navigate to the Campaign module on the top menu.
- Click on the SMS -> Sent option on the left menu.
Click on the ‘Report’ button, It will display the details of the Campaign sent. Refer to the below image.
SMS Sent report provides the following metrics:
- To - Receivers
- From – Sender contact number
- Message content – Content of the message sent to subscribers
And also
- Total Sent & Rate
- Total Delivered & Rate
- Total Bounce & Rate
Sent Rate
This is the total no. of recipients to whom the campaign has been sent. If the total no. of target users is 100 and the total sent is 100 then the sent rate will be 100%.
Delivered Rate
This is the ratio of how many users have received minus bounces versus to whom the campaign has been sent. If the total no. of target users are 100 and total delivered is 60 then the delivered rate will be 60%.
Bounced Rate
It is the ratio of total emails bounced versus total emails delivered. If your account has high bounce rates, it can have a negative impact on your delivery rate.
Glossary for SMS campaign
DELIVERED |
This indicates that the message or this part of the message has been delivered.

BUFFERED |
This indicates the message has been sent to the carrier and is currently undelivered by the carrier with a temporary failure result (i.e phone may be out of range)
|
FAILED |
This indicates that the carrier was unable to deliver the message
|
EXPIRED |
Message expired within the carrier and failure reason unknown
|
